Dental implants in one day is an advanced technique which allows installing the implants and immediately loading them with a temporary restoration.

The temporary restoration was made beforehand according to measurements taken from the patient. After installing the implants, adaptations of the prefabricated teeth are made and the restoration will be installed in the patient’s mouth.

Implementation of the technique requires a combination of experience, knowledge and understanding of various techniques for installing and anchoring implants that have not integrated yet and also advanced knowledge in implants rehabilitation.

The technique can be done also in many patients that suffer bone loss, by combining special implants such as disk implants, zygomatic implants, tilted implants, pterygoid implants, etc.

The method is usually suitable for people that need to extract the teeth of an entire arch or jaw.

The main idea of the system is that the location of the bone guides the implant placement, so we can get high implants stability on installation which is necessary for immediate loading. We use a special instrument to measure that stability, called a surgical torque meter.
